SEPAC Finder Click here A new networking/support group for advocates of special needs kids wanted to make their website stand out. They asked us to develop a unique feature: a geolocator which would give parents a list of Special Education Parent Advisory Councils (SEPACs) close to home. Using this application, a parent enters their town and a radial distance. Using a database we developed of Massachusetts towns and zipcodes, the SEPAC Finder gives the parent a list of names and websites of SEPACs in their area.
