This Contact Management System keeps track of more than customer names,
addresses and emails.
It integrates with the customer's marketing website to maintain a history of
user behavior, such as participation in surveys and download of marketing
collateral, such as whitepapers.
In addition, the CMS allows the customer to book appointments, make notes and
update contact information on a single web page.
Finally, the CMS (optionally) integrates with the customer's SalesForce.com lead development system. This
provides valuable information to salespeople on a potential customer's
interests and preferences, before making initial contact.
